We are connected on a personal level by a warm friendship and professionally by our shared coaching training at the Hephaistos Coaching Zentrum München. The training is certified by the DBVC. Continuous further education and supervision are a matter of course for us. Our professional foundation is the Metatheory of Change.
I am experienced and reliable, working with structure, appreciation, and humor.
I bring over 20 years of experience as an executive and project manager to my coaching sessions. Following commercial training and a degree in economics, I held various management positions in retail, consulting, and occasionally in cultural management. Most recently, I served as managing director in a media company. I am well-versed in business and organizational structures.
In particular, I am familiar with the challenges of digital transformation and have carried out many implementation-oriented projects in the media, telecommunications, retail, and tourism sectors. I have supported change processes in large corporations as well as medium-sized companies, introduced agility in various contexts, and worked internationally.
I have been working as an independent change consultant, team developer, and coach for around 15 years, supporting organizations, teams, and individuals in their change processes. I am passionate about being able to make a difference in a short amount of time together with the client team. Change and working with people are my motivators.
As a coach, I have a powerful network of experts (personnel consultants, organizational consultants, mediators, therapists) that I can bring into the work with my clients as needed.
I was born in 1966, am married to a child and adolescent psychiatrist, and have three children in young adulthood. In my free time, I enjoy being with people – whether with family, friends, or playing music in an orchestra. I enjoy good books and like to go running or hiking in nature.
I bring great openness and a lot of warmth, acting as a holistic guide with fine intuition and a clear mind for every change process.
After my business studies, I worked for many years in marketing at Bosch-Siemens-Hausgeräte and understand processes in large and industrial companies in all their facets. In addition to the professional level, I have always been fascinated by the many interactions between people, departments, hierarchical levels, and the “how” of cooperation. Since then, I have spent over ten years in customer relationship management in an international and medium-sized market research and consulting firm within the telecommunications, automotive, and digital sectors – and here, too, I find how important and multi-dimensional communication is, as well as constant learning to keep pace with change.
A multi-year stay in England and working in global, international teams allow me to have a non-judgmental, reflective perspective without losing sight of the uniqueness of the individual. For me, marketing, like coaching, is efficient and goal-oriented when it relies on genuineness, authenticity, and sustainability.
In addition, I have been a legal guardian for people in need for several years, and following my DBVC-certified training at Hephaistos, I work as a freelance coach with great joy and enthusiasm.
I am married and have three nearly adult children. What makes me happy: being in nature , traveling, and always being able to discover new things , as well as reading, seeing things from different perspectives, and exchanging ideas with people about their experiences, motivations, and feelings.
I am a strong, honest, and humorous sparring partner who leads topics to their core with sensitivity, mindfulness, passion, and competence.
I bring over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and management to my work. I began by successfully completing training in the hotel industry and a degree in business administration. After that, I held various positions in marketing and sales – with management responsibilities since 2003. My specialties are the areas of marketing and sales.
I completed my BaTB-certified trainer training in 2013 and my coach training, audited according to DBVC (German Federal Association for Coaching) criteria, in 2017. I have been successfully working as an independent consultant, trainer, and coach since 2015. Telecommunications, services, and retail are my main consulting focuses. In training and coaching, I work across all industries. Trainings and workshops that change behavior, expand competencies, and optimize teamwork are custom-designed, delivered, and followed up by me according to client needs. In coaching, I focus on the “HOW” – how one acts or reacts in certain situations, what inner attitude underlies the behavior, and how a different attitude can be tested in practice to lead to more “successful” behaviors.
In my role as an independent coach, trainer, and consultant, I am inspired by the proximity to different people and the variety of activities and topics. I bring a passion for people, my professional expertise, and my many years of professional experience to the coaching sessions. I am fascinated by the changes that result in people and teams through my work.
I was born in 1970, am married, and have two sons. I spent my youth abroad and still enjoy long trips . In addition to time with my family and good friends, , I like to spend my free time, seeing the world from my VW bus, hiking up a mountain path to a summit, or reading on the sofa with a book in hand.
We bring management and leadership experience from the business world and meet our clients at eye level. We are passionate coaches. With our second pillar – as managing directors or project managers, marketing specialists, and trainers – we are right in the middle of business and know what’s going on. We are well-acquainted with the changes in the working world and topics such as digital transformation, agility, or artificial intelligence. As a result, we understand the professional challenges of our clients very well, such as the constant pressure to adapt to new things, speed, permanent availability, and the associated capacity for change.
We all come from industry and have gathered years of professional experience in the fields of media, telecommunications, consumer goods, and retail. We know industries that are under significant pressure to change due to digital business models and societal shifts from the inside. We have experienced firsthand what this means for individuals in various roles within a company and the challenges they face.
One of us is always a good fit. Furthermore, we have a network of specialized coaches whom we can bring in if necessary for reasons of fit, specific topics, or capacity. If things should not work out so well with one of us, a switch to another team member is completely possible without any problems, even during the coaching process.
