What is coaching?

Coaching can help provide path-breaking impulses in various life situations. It can support individuals in their personal development when they feel stuck in a dead end or cannot move forward on their own. Consequently, our clients come to us with a wide range of concerns.

Sometimes private issues affect professional life. Coaching is also helpful in these situations. Perhaps you are experiencing a phase of fundamental dissatisfaction and stagnation. Or you may miss your vitality and sense problems in your family, partnership, or circle of friends that are weighing on you.

How does a coaching process with us work?

It begins with getting to know each other. During a phone call, you describe your general concerns in broad terms and can address your questions to us. There is no cost for this. If both sides feel there is a good fit, you will come to one of our coaching rooms for an initial consultation. There, we discuss your objectives, what you intend to achieve, and how we can best support you. Of course, we also conduct our coaching sessions via video conference. Whether in person or remote, we coordinate this individually with you. Upon request, we can enter into a written coaching agreement with you, outlining the focus of our collaboration and an agreed number of hours.

After clarifying the assignment, we examine your initial situation and your potential. Where do you want to go? We address both your external framework and your “inner stage,” as well as the blockages preventing you from achieving your goals. We encourage you to discover new ideas and approaches to change things for yourself. We provide intensive support during their implementation and assist with any necessary adjustments. These changes also occur through an exchange at eye level and a trustworthy counterpart who works with you openly and transparently on your concerns.

A single appointment with us usually lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours. The number and frequency of sessions depend on personal urgency. Appointments typically take place in one of our coaching rooms in Munich. Furthermore, long-term support after the conclusion of the coaching process has proven effective for many of our clients. This increases the chances of sustainable change.

In business coaching initiated by a company, we often recommend starting with a joint kick-off meeting consisting of a triangle: the supervisor, the executive/employee to be coached, and the HR department.

Coaching Programs: Especially in the context of accelerated change processes, it can make sense to involve several executives at one level in a coaching program that pursues a uniform objective tailored to your company. Better communication and collaboration within the team, conflict management, performance enhancement – for example in sales – or motivating, employee-oriented leadership are just a few possible goals you can set at the beginning of such a coaching program.

We are well-positioned for this and can work on these goals through individual coaching and, if necessary, additional team workshops with your employees. We rely on a uniform methodology and ensure that every person from your company finds the right coach with us.
