If you have just founded your company, team coaching can provide targeted support for the growth process. We also work with start-ups or spin-offs, supporting them with leadership questions, organizational aspects of collaboration, and resilience management. The combination of a team coaching process, individual coaching sessions, and targeted input for organizational development has proven particularly effective for start-ups.
In the team coaching process, we typically work in three phases (see diagram). In the understanding phase, we analyze the initial situation. This allows us to learn about your ideas, perspectives, and goals, and above all to understand you personally with your ambitions and perhaps also concerns and unconscious blind spots. We do this through a goal/mandate clarification discussion, interviews with involved parties, or observational participation in your
team meetings.
In the design phase, we typically work with one or more workshops that can take place in person on-site or virtually. If needed, these team workshops are complemented by additional forms of collaboration, such as conflict resolution, individual coaching sessions, or substantive content or process input.
In the support phase, the focus is on ensuring the sustainability of the overall initiative. Depending on requirements, we support you with individual coaching sessions, conflict facilitation, and, if necessary, content-focused deepening sessions or follow-up workshops.
Every team coaching session and every team workshop is different for us. We do not work from a template with prefabricated solutions, but rather use the understanding phase to develop an initial grasp of the content focus areas of the team coaching. Typically, the focus is on one or more of the following topic areas:
Depending on the thematic focus, we then develop the approach and methodology in the design phase. We observe together how your team handles these topics. We clarify what is unclear and make effective role and interaction patterns discussable. And we develop helpful hypotheses for transfer into everyday work. We are also happy to support you with concrete action plans or a change structure.
